What is KEP?
KEP – Kaizen Enhancement Program, identifies High Impact Projects (Key Kaizen item) in each function on the GEMBA with kaizen team & Master/Gold trainers using ATQM system and tools such as RCA,SPC, RA, etc., to achieve the target with tangible benefit as soon as possible.
